Komito Analytics
A free add-on for the analytics you already run. It records what visitors actually do on the page.
- Analytics
- JavaScript
- Privacy
Most analytics tools count pageviews and stop. Komito fills in the rest of the story: what people click, play, submit, download, and scroll past.
What it tracks
- Downloads and outbound links
- Form submissions
- HTML5 video and audio, plus YouTube and Vimeo players
- Call to action links such as mailto, tel, sms, and skype
- Social network events and visitors logged in to social networks
- Scroll depth and page prints
How to add it
Use a single JavaScript file, the npm package, Google Tag Manager, or the WordPress plugin. Komito works alongside the analytics software you already have, and Google Analytics 4 became the default in 2023.
It is the most starred project in the Datamart GitHub org.
