Execution HQ
A revenue plan that argues back. It tracks pace every day and gets louder the further behind we fall.
- Internal tool
- Next.js
- Automation
Execution HQ turns a quarterly plan into a page we update like a spreadsheet, then holds us to it.
- Live pace against the plan, recomputed whenever a number changes
- A thirteen week execution table with a status for every week
- Weekly KPI tracking, where cells turn red when we come in under target
- An accountability engine that checks pace twice a day and escalates on Slack, Telegram, and email
The tone of those messages gets harsher the further behind we are. That part was deliberate.
Why it is private
It holds our own targets. The pattern is the interesting part: a plan that measures itself and refuses to be ignored.
Stack
Next.js, MongoDB, and Vercel Cron.
